1. Data controller

Your data is processed by START UNIVERSIRO S.R.L. (VAT ID 48475802, Trade Reg. J2023004532230, registered office at 1/I Pipera Blvd., Building C2, 5th floor, office 11, compartment 33, Voluntari, Ilfov County, Romania), which runs the UniTee shop (“UniTee”, “we”), as controller under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). For any question about your data, write to us at contact@unitee.ro.

2. What data we collect

Pre-order: name, email address, the university you chose, the products in your cart and your message, if you leave one.
Group order: organisation name, contact person, email, university, estimated number of pieces and your message.
Newsletter and launch notice: email address.
Delivery and invoicing (only after the order is confirmed): delivery address, phone number and billing details.

Your pre-order cart is stored only in your browser (see the Cookie policy); we don’t see it unless you send us your pre-order.

3. Why we use it and on what basis

To answer, confirm, produce and deliver your pre-order: entering into and performing a contract (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
To issue invoices and keep accounting records: legal obligation (art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
To send you the newsletter and launch notices: your consent (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time via the link in any email or by writing to us.

4. How long we keep it

Pre-orders that don’t become orders: up to 12 months.
Orders and invoices: for as long as financial and accounting law requires.
Newsletter email address: until you unsubscribe.

5. Who we share it with

We don’t sell or rent your data. We share it only with the providers we need to operate: website hosting, email service, the manufacturer and the courier (only the data needed for delivery), and accounting. All of them process data only on our instructions.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object to processing. Write to us at contact@unitee.ro and we will reply within one month.
