1. Who we are
The UniTee website is operated by START UNIVERSIRO S.R.L. (VAT ID 48475802, Trade Reg. J2023004532230, registered office at 1/I Pipera Blvd., Building C2, 5th floor, office 11, compartment 33, Voluntari, Ilfov County, Romania), which runs the UniTee shop (“UniTee”, “we”). 2. How pre-orders work
UniTee makes to order: nothing sits on a shelf. On the website you choose products, university, size and colour, then send us your pre-order.
- A pre-order is not yet a sales contract and does not oblige you to pay.
- We confirm the products, final price and delivery time by email. The contract is formed only when you accept that confirmation.
- You pay only when the order goes into production, after you have accepted the confirmation.
3. Prices
Prices shown on the website are in Romanian lei (RON) and are indicative until each series launches. The final price is sent to you in the order confirmation, before any payment, and does not change once you have accepted it.
4. Delivery
Delivery takes 1 to 3 weeks from production confirmation. Delivery cost and method are stated in the order confirmation.
5. Right of withdrawal
Under Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the products, without giving a reason. Let us know at contact@unitee.ro and we will refund the amount paid within 14 days of receiving your notice. The cost of returning the products is yours unless agreed otherwise.
Exception: products made to your specifications or clearly personalised at your request (for example with your name or a text you chose) cannot be returned, under art. 16(c) of GEO no. 34/2014. We tell you before ordering if a product falls into this category.
6. Conformity and warranty
Products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity under Romanian GEO no. 140/2021. If a product is faulty or does not match your order, write to us and we will replace it, repair it or refund you.
7. Intellectual property
The UniTee name, logo, texts and website design belong to us. University names, crests and insignia belong to their respective owners.
8. Personal data
How we use your data is described in the Privacy policy and the Cookie policy.
9. Complaints and disputes
You can report any issue to us at contact@unitee.ro and we will reply within 30 days. If we cannot reach an agreement, you can contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (anpc.ro) or use the alternative dispute resolution procedure (SAL). These terms are governed by Romanian law. The Romanian version of these terms prevails.
